This project ran from 2007 to 2009 and is now closed. The WECA compendium including all core documents and analysis is available here WECA website was the online platform for Whither EC Aid project. It allowed participation and insights in the activity that aimed at re-positioning the debate on monitoring the effectiveness of EC development cooperation. On the website users can find discussion notes on EC aid effectiveness prepared by ECDPM and ActionAid, information on the series of roundtables where the issue was debated, as well as set of recommendations and suggestions for change in EC aid to better address poverty reduction.
